I believe you deserve honest answers, straight forward information about bankruptcy, and to be treated with respect. You need to know your options, including if bankruptcy is not the best option for you. I was born, raised and live in the Rockford area and I give back to our community as evidenced by our various service awards. I list my bankruptcy fees on my website for all to see; I don’t believe in waiting to see how much I can charge you. You will find that my rates are more affordable than most firms while my work is top notch and executed with a personal touch. I am invested not only in my case, but in my clients. That is what sets me apart and I are proud of it.
I believe a good attorney’s job is split into two roles: attorney and educator. Providing affordable, quality legal representation is only half of the battle. First, I take the time to understand you as well as your current financial situation. Second, we evaluate and discuss all possible options including bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy remedies. Third, we work together to decide what is in your individual best interest. I have found from my experience that my clients are less fearful of the bankruptcy process because they know what to expect. I will be there with you to explain every step of the way.

I have another role in the bankruptcy industry and therefore, I am taking a limited number of private clients.
Therefore, I will be limiting my private clients to just a few dozen per year.
